Matt Ray has been the Community Manager for Zenoss for the last 2 years and has been active in Open Source for over 10 years. Before he had a Linux-based kiosk startup in Austin and he was involved in lots of random open source technologies. He worked at a closed-source monitoring company before Zenoss and worked in banking, retail, education and grid computing. He blogs at LeastResistance.net and is @mattray on Twitter. Matt was one of the organizers for the Texas LinuxFest last April. Emacs is his editor of choice.
Mark Hinkle is the VP of Community for Zenoss and one of the first Zenoss employees. He was a co-founder of the Open Source Management Consortium and the Desktop Linux Consortium, served as Editor-in-Chief for both LinuxWorld Magazine and Enterprise Open Source Magazine, and authored the book, "Windows to Linux Business Desktop Migration." Mark has also held executive positions at a number of technology start-ups, including Earthlink (previously MindSpring)--where he was the head of the technical support organization.
