about the SIM removal tool... i have three of them! I had another one previously too, but only one of them is from America..
first one i got came with my iPhone 3G years ago - i sold that and included the SIM tool i now have one from 3GS, iPad 3G and iPhone 4...
i don't know which is which, but the iPad 3G SIM tool came from Texas.. but i can bend all of them ! (the other ones i bought in Ireland)
FYI one of them says TAIWAN on the edge and the other two say CHINA
