I am catching up with Episode 14 where Chris asked about social tools for the enterprise. Amber actually interviewed one of my colleagues (the man without email) a couple of months ago back when it was Net@Night with Leo.
Here at IBM we use IBM Connections as our microblogging, wiki, and all social platform. There are other vendors like: Jive Software, Cisco (with their Quad offering), Newsgator (built on SharePoint which a lot of companies have), SocialText, among others. On Twitter there are two hashtags worth following: #socbiz and #e2conf. Also, the Enterprise 2.0 Conference just took place in Boston and there are a bunch of great resources here: www.e2conf.com/boston
