Previously, Paul was Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Policy Officer for the Motion Picture Association of America, and prior to that, Executive Director, Internet and Technology Policy, for Verizon. He worked at Verizon for nearly 10 years in numerous management positions. Earlier in his career, Paul was a software and network architect for several organizations and also served in a technology consulting capacity. Paul holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and an MBA from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business."
