He worked at Verizon for nearly 10 years in numerous management positions. Earlier in his career, Paul was a software and network architect for several organizations and also served in a technology consulting capacity. Paul holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and an MBA from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business."
