TranscriptBot is a bot that formats transcript pages. The bot is currently in the planning stage.
What it does
- Bolds panelists' names at the beginning of lines
- Link panelists' names the first time they appear if they are a frequent panelist
- Link to Twitter accounts using {{twitter}}
- Link to websites
- Categorize transcript pages correctly
- Ensure correct line spacing
Development
Transcript bot will be implemented in Java using the Java framework created by MER-C.
